‘Unchained’ is a playfully earnest song about being open to the unforeseeable future. “It’s about releasing myself from feeling unworthy and incapable of getting what I deserve. The wisdom of knowing that certain things will make sense eventually, so there’s no need to worry.”

Clementine Valentine, the Coromandel-based art-pop duo formerly known as Purple Pilgrims, share the fourth and final single ‘Selenelion’ off their upcoming album, The Coin that Broke the Fountain Floor, out August 25th via Flying Nun Records. The duo will also be performing four intimate shows around the country this September.
