Following on from the release of their latest album Unknowns but six weeks ago, The Dead C have returned with another offering, All Goodbyes:
The press release for Unknowns describes that the trio's music endures "partially because their errant sounds, once so alienating, now feel like they’ve been made flesh in a large part of the modern day world." This could equally be said of All Goodbyes, which was recorded at Kā Pukepuke-o-Te-Waiparapara, a sandspit that was once a large, hilly and forested island at the entrance to Otago Harbour.
