'Plot Points' takes a step away from the ripped and jagged intensity of their previous two singles, swapping them out for dreamier guitars and gothic synth layers. Lead singer Josh Hunter dances a bittersweet vocal duet with Louisa Nicklin, mimicking the two sides of an ill-fated friendship.
“'Plot Points' is a song about a friendship doomed to fail. One has grown and matured while the other lets ego take control using the past as a crotch to excuse negative behaviour and failing to move forward. Even when there is a quick glimmer of progression it is short lived and history repeats itself played out like a script and one becomes tired of waiting.” Josh explains.
