Yumi Zouma released their third album, Truth or Consequences, in March 2020. Unfortunately, the World Health Organisation had officially declared COVID-19 a pandemic the day before; forcing the band to cancel a string of shows. At the time, they commented that:
"Touring is often the final piece of the puzzle that is an album campaign – the part you fixate on alone in a room, when you perfect a song and imagine how a crowd will react."
This piece of the puzzle is falling into place this September with seven shows in New Zealand and Australia. Check out the dates below:
Speaking about the upcoming tour, Yumi Zouma said "We couldn't be more excited to officially announce we are coming home and playing shows this August and September. If this past year has taught us anything, it's that playing live is an incredibly important luxury for us, and we can't wait to get going again back in Australia and New Zealand. After being stuck on the other side of the world for a while, we hope these shows will be special moments for our fans, friends, and families and we can't wait to see all your beautiful faces soon."
Tickets go on sale at 9am on Friday June 11 via Live Nation. Get yours here!
