Radiohead are an English band from Oxford, formed in 1985. The band consists of Thom Yorke (vocals, guitar, piano, keyboards), brothers Jonny Greenwood (lead guitar, keyboards, other instruments) and Colin Greenwood (bass), Ed O'Brien (guitar, backing vocals) and Philip Selway (drums, percussion).
Radiohead’s debut album, Pablo Honey (1993), gained attention with the single "Creep," which brought them initial fame. Over the years, the band explored various musical directions, shifting from traditional rock to more experimental forms, blending electronic music with rock. Their discography includes significant releases such as The Bends (1995), OK Computer (1997), and Kid A (2000). The band has been recognised for its innovation in music production and distribution, including the release of In Rainbows (2007) as a pay-what-you-want digital download. Radiohead has received widespread critical acclaim and numerous awards, cementing their influence on contemporary music.
