M0ppy a.k.a Thom Burton, has released the first single off his upcoming album Myopia, the ambiental Ghost steps.
It will be interesting to see the direction Burton, also of Soccerpractise and Guardian Singles, will take with Myopia. Earlier in the year he released the EP Enemy Of Progress, which features shorter tracks with a hip hop influence. He also combined with Randa for the student radio favourite Bad Jelly.
Ghost steps feels like it *could* be an evolution of M0ppy's sound. Luckily for any intrigued Aucklanders, he will be performing tracks from Myopia this Friday at Wine Cellar. Tickets from UTR.
