Sure Boy are a Wellington indie pop four member band who cite artists such as The Beths and Ladyhawke as influences, but also wouldn't sound out of place on a Dazed and Confused soundtrack. Hummucide is a modern jazz collective that continues to push the boundaries of post-noodle music with its unique soundscape. Drawing influence from progressive jazz acts such as BadBadNotGood, ambient/electronic experimentalists like Aphex Twin or Yussef Kamaal, Hummucide have crafted a signature style that blends elements of jazz minimalism with a distinct fuzzy ambience. Their music excites with its experimental leanings, while their live performances are renowned for imbuing audiences with an invigorating sense of moustache twiddling beard stroking cool. Fresh.
