The Taite Music Prize was held on Sunday the 28th of May at Q Theatre in Tāmaki Makaurau/Auckland. It was a very special night bringing together people from all over the country to celebrate the people who make up Aotearoa's musical landscape.

Flying Nun's very own post-punk trio Wax Chattels are in the running for 'Best Alternative Artist' for the second time — this year they're up against Na Noise and Anthonie Tonnon.
